I build software and the companies around it.
I run The Techy Side, a Brisbane consultancy that builds the systems trades, construction and professional services businesses run on: reporting, integrations, automation, and custom software where nothing off the shelf fits. Through Subbie Support Services I do Power Platform and Microsoft 365 work for trades and construction. I co-founded Vyne, started Cowork Consultants, and build a lot of tools for myself. Most of them end up on the projects page.
Lately most of my time goes into AI agents: harnesses, MCP servers, and the infrastructure to run them unattended. I write about that and whatever else is on my mind on the writing page.
